Sophia L. Amaker, founder and sole practitioner, was born into a military family in Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. However, she spent most of her life in the small town of Neeses, Orangeburg County, South Carolina.
Ms. Amaker graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2010 and from Claflin University in 2007. She has practiced primarily in the areas of personal injury, employment law, real estate, civil litigation, and family law. She also dedicates several hours annually to providing legal representation to indigent clients through the South Carolina Legal Services' pro bono program.
Sophia is licensed to practice in all South Carolina courts and in the United States District Court for the District of South Carolina. She is a member of the South Carolina Bar, the American Bar Association, the South Carolina Association for Justice, and the National Top 40 Under 40 Trial Lawyers. She is also a member of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Inc.
